Order processing
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Unexpected circumstances may occasionally cause delays.
Digital products
Digital products do not require shipping. Download links or access details are sent by email after checkout.
Shipping rates and methods
Available shipping methods depend on the products in your cart, the package weight, and the shipping destination. The final options and prices are shown at checkout before payment.
- Germany: shipping for small physical items starts from 2.90 EUR.
- EU and UK: standard shipping starts from 4.90 EUR, with tracked premium options available for many orders.
- United States: shipping starts from 14.00 USD. US shipping fees include customs and duties when the selected method states this at checkout.
- International destinations outside the EU, UK, and US: shipping usually starts from 15.00 USD.
- Israel: eligible physical items may ship from Israel by Israel Post with tracking. Final Boss physical items for Israel customers may ship from Israel and are delivered within 6 days after fulfillment.
Some products, such as clothing, home goods, accessories, and partner-fulfilled items, may ship separately from other items in your order. Their shipping rates vary by product type and destination and are shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery times start after fulfillment. Typical delivery times are:
- Germany: 1 to 3 working days for Deutsche Post, and usually 2 to 6 business days for tracked DHL services.
- EU and UK: usually 4 to 12 working days.
- United States: usually 8 to 21 working days.
- Other international destinations: usually 8 to 28 working days.
- Vinyl records: United States orders usually take 13 to 28 days after fulfillment. Other vinyl orders shipped outside the EU usually take 13 to 25 days after fulfillment.
Customs processing, local postal delays, holidays, weather, and carrier issues can affect the final delivery time.
Tracking
Tracking is provided when the selected shipping method includes tracking. If your order includes tracked delivery, the tracking number will be sent by email after the order ships. You can also check the order-status page from your shipping confirmation email.
International customs and import fees
Shipping fees for the United States include customs and duties fees when the selected method states this at checkout. Orders shipped to other destinations outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local handling charges when the shipment arrives in the destination country. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping rates unless the selected shipping method explicitly says that taxes and duties are included. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Damaged or missing packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible through the contact form and include clear photos of the outer package, the inner packaging, the damaged item, and the shipping label.
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, contact us through the contact form so we can check the shipment and help with the next step.
