Order Processing Time

We strive to process and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. However, please note that unexpected circumstances may occasionally cause slight delays.


Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping rates and methods are determined based on the weight and size of your package, as well as the destination. The available shipping options will be shown during the checkout process.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times include the order processing time mentioned above, together with the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that customs procedures, weather conditions, and carrier delays may affect the final delivery timeframe.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local handling charges may apply when the shipment arrives in the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for any additional charges applied by local customs authorities.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided by email. You can use this number to track your package’s journey.


Shipping Damages or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged during shipping, or if it appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the issue.
