Returns and refunds

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us through the contact form before sending anything back. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Digital products

Digital products, including guitar tabs, digital albums, downloads, and online access, are delivered electronically and are not returnable after the file, download link, or access details have been sent.

If you did not receive your digital product, received the wrong file, or the file does not work correctly, contact us through the contact form and we will help fix the issue.

Physical products

Physical products may be returned within 30 days after delivery if they are unused, unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

After you contact us and your return is approved, we will send return instructions and the correct return address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through the contact form as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and help with a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an eligible item is to contact us first, return the original item after approval, and place a new order for the item you want.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return eligible physical products within 14 days after delivery, for any reason. Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Digital products are handled differently because they are delivered electronically. Once digital content has been sent or accessed, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund unless there is a delivery or file issue.

Refund timing

When a return is received and approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
